Bundara Homestead has character and charm, and with four bedrooms, a bunk room and four bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 20 guests.
The main living area is stocked with board games and books, an impressive open fireplace, games table and a TV which is connected to the unlimited WiFi so you can stream your own music or movies.
There are a further two living areas, one cosy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, and a huge games room which can be used for a variety of rainy day activities, including billiards and table tennis.
The kitchen is appointed to cook up a country feast for large groups with two freestanding ovens, a coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker and slow cooker. There is also a scullery, which very handy for food preparation and cleaning up, as it has an extra dishwasher and sinks.
The dining table seats 12 people and there are additional chairs and trestle tables if everyone wants to sit down to eat together. Bundara also comes equipped with a gas barbecue, a rustic wood barbecue and large outdoor table.
Of the four large bedrooms, two have queen beds and two have three singles. There are a further three single beds that can be set up in any of the bedrooms. Additionally there is a bunk room with three sets of bunks which provide beds for a further six people.
The house is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
Overlooking the farm, trees and mountains that surround Berry township is a huge verandah where you can enjoy the outlook and unwind.
Firewood (during the winter months) and linen are provided.
