Bundara Homestead is a huge house set on three floors, which can comfortably accommodate 20 people.
The kitchen is well appointed for large groups with two freestanding ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers, a microwave, coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker and slow cooker. Adjacent is the scullery, which has direct access from the rear of the house for caterers.
The dining room can accommodate all 28 people staying at the property, but if you prefer to dine outdoors, there are trestle tables and stools that can be set up in the grounds or on the large verandah. There is also the option to dine in The Stables for a rustic experience. Bundara Homestead comes equipped with a gas barbecue, a wood barbecue and large outdoor table near the Fire Pit.
Of the four large bedrooms, two have queen beds and two have three singles. There are a further four single beds that can be set up in any of the bedrooms, and the singles can be pushed together and made up as doubles, ready for you with hotel-quality linen. The bedrooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning. Additionally there is a bunkroom with three sets of bunks which provide beds for a further six people. The house has four bathrooms, and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The main living area has an impressive open fireplace, which is set for you during the winter months, a games table and a large TV which is connected to the unlimited WiFi so you can stream your own music or movies, or pair it with your tablet or laptop. The room can easily be configured to suit corporate off-sites and team building sessions.
There are a further two living areas, one of which is a lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player and board games for the kids, and the other is a huge games room which has a championship size billiards table, as well as a table tennis table. It also has a TV and lots of equipment for ball sports, which can be used around the grounds or on the 20x60m flat grass area, which is the former Dressage Arena.
The grounds are fun to explore and if the kids are keen on fishing or yabbying, bring along your rods and nets, and try your luck in the dam. There is also lots of space for riding bikes, building cubbies or climbing trees on this 14-acre property.
